Are you having a good mental health week?  If you need more help being mindful, come to the library this week to possibly find a Mindfulness Frog or to sign up for Friday’s Mindfulness Bottle Making Session in Seminar Room B.  Or maybe you just need a break? Today during P.3 starting at 11:10 am, we’ll be playing Cat Bingo!  That’s right, it’s BINGO with CATS!

If you have applied to be a Link Leader for the 2018-2019 school year, then you need to check your halton e-mail account to find out if you have been accepted.  Please note that the date for May Development Day is Wednesday May 23 and this is a mandatory training.

For Mental Health Week:  Healthy bodies and healthy minds!  Always take time to take care of yourself.  Eat, sleep, move and laugh!

Did you pay for your yearbook yet?  Don’t miss out! This year’s book is filled with amazing memories like That Moment When Mr. Mills turned into a tomato at the Inside Ride!  And That Moment When the senior class voted for who was the biggest flirt! Purchase your copy on cashless, or see Ms. Morrison in the main office for more details on how to purchase your copy today!

Students participating in the Halton Math Competition - come to room 215 from 11:30 to noon on Thursday!
