COATS FOR KIDS CAMPAIGN

For the past five years, Aldershot School students and staff have taken part in a program called “Coats for Kids”, sponsored by Donnell Insurance.   Our role in this program is to donate "gently" used winter coats.  These can be coats for infants, children, teenagers or adults. Any donated items will be passed on to the Salvation Army and the Compassion Society, who in turn, distribute the coats to needy families who may not have appropriate winter clothing. Please have a look around your home to see if you have any “gently” used winter coats that you are no longer wearing.  In the past, some individuals have even purchased and donated new coats.  No matter if the coats are new, or “gently” used, we appreciate any donations that Aldershot School families can make to this very worthwhile cause. Coats can be dropped off in the Main Office at Aldershot School between Tuesday, November 22 and Friday, December 16. Thank you in advance for your support of this program. Our participation could also earn one of our graduating students a scholarship in the amount of $1000!
